The cards are in several categories: model 2 cards that are opened for active and passive collaborators, model 1 cards that are opened for the element that is being processed, model 3 cards open for the contingent element, cards for foreigners such as journalists, tourists and students, cards for escaping, cards for internees, etc. All cards are evidenced through personal data, but also by the card number, which corresponds to the same number that the file of the person in charge has and with the same number it appears registered in the relevant registers. The cards of the collaborators are different because they also have the nickname.

In all cases, the cards are signed by the head of the internal affairs branch. They are in two copies because one was administered by the district branch and the second copy was sent to the center, i.e. Branch IV.
