The investigation has cooperated with the state security for the detection and prevention of hostile activities. Investigative files were created after comprehensive unmasking, discovery of criminal connections by investigative bodies. Security prisoners are investigated only by the Investigation of the Directorate of Security in cooperation with operational workers or investigators and security bodies in the field. After the prisoner's proceedings, the records are sent to the Military Court for trial and decision together with the official indictment document that is signed by the persons who approved the arrest, the Minister of the Interior or the Deputy Minister and the military prosecutor.
