Evidence objects created by the Hungarian state security organs were handled as parts of the file of the given case. Evidence objects obtained confidentially were included in the operative files whereas those obtained during the open investigation process were included in the Investigation files. Evidence objects are rare in the material of the Archives, as most of them are on photos.
