Data protection – anonymization
Disclosure of documents is carried out pursuant to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and amending and supplementing certain Acts, and with the recommendation of the Department of Archives and Registries of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.
The protection of personal data appearing in documents refers to the protection of the personal data of a person and the protection of the personal data of third parties.
The following data are anonymised:
date of birth, place of birth, birth number, residence, nationality, biometric data, identity card (passport) number, documents, records from registers, private and family life, names and surnames of parents, spouse, children and siblings and information about them, psychological characteristics, health status, sex life (sexual orientation), criminal activity not related to the case, financial situation, religion, assessment of work and school performance.
